The Maids in Providence

AMAZING 10/10 would recommend to anyone and everyone. They have A+ customer service, they were super helpful and responsive on email before the visit. I needed a deep clean, and I have an old house with baseboards and molding and not a single spot was missed. I also requested ahead of time that they pay extra attention to the particularly dusty and very old radiators, and they look better than they ever have. Plus the glass on my shower doors and french doors are practically sparkling.

I would not call what was done at my house a deep clean. I noticed multiple areas where there was still dust/dog hair, that definitely wasn't vacuumed - some furniture was moved, but not all. They also did not use the proper cleaning supplies on my stainless steel appliances, leaving them streaky, nor did they use glass cooktop cleaner on my stovetop, leaving that also streaky. My husband had earbuds in the case on his desk in our office. The earbud case somehow ended up empty, and one earbud was on the desk under a raised coaster. The other earbud was completely gone. He checked the GPS of the earbud, and it was definitely not in our house. We contacted customer service only to be told that they could replace on earbud, but not both. In order to use the replacement we would have had to go to a Samsung Store (closest is in NYC) or a tech shop and pay an hourly rate to have them paired. Eventually they credited us the cost of the entire pair of earbuds, but it wasn't until after we asked to speak to the owner. I was also quoted 2 hours for the job to be done. The cleaners took 3 hours and with tip the job ended up costing me $700, which was substantially more than I expected to pay for a less than stellar cleaning. I would not use this company again.

Gabby and team did a great job in 2 hours to clean my bathrooms, 2 sets of stairs and second floor living area and kitchen. I was stressed with 2 days before my wedding and hosting the women to get ready, I was able to book with 1 day notice. The team was so friendly and completed exactly what I’d asked - even vacuumed my couches covered in dog fur. I definitely recommend trying the maids of RI and am looking for an excuse to contact them again!

Gabby and her crew came, they were ready to walk in the door at the minute of the hr. After i gave them a quick breif of what i needed. Gabby directed the crew where to start. She then walked with me and covered all the bases. The crew killed it! Julia, Kelly and Katina made the neglected home of a disabled veteran feel new again. My wife and i are extremely pleased and will definitely be returning customers. If you are looking to hire cleaning professionals. Look no further.

We recently had our rental cleaned. The Maids did a thorough job! Will definitely use again. I greatly appreciated the estimated time to clean, which was fairly close/accurate to what we needed.
